Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value For some years we had thought about renovating the large double garage at the rear of our family home in to an apartment. We googled and contacted a couple of builders and also Refresh Renovations. Scott Randell came out with a builder and looked at what we wanted to achieve. The process was set in motion. We liked the concept of having someone - Narelle Randell to manage the project. A concept design was created and presented to us by the architect Narelle chose. The pool filter had to be moved out of the existing garage and a small old bathroom in the corner demolished. The space was gutted. Covid and lockdowns delayed things but basically it took 8 months. Narelle was patient when we thought of things along the way. She introduced us to an Interior Designer who assisted in process of colour and fitting choices. We do not hesitate to recommend Narelle Randell and Refresh Renovations to manage a renovation process for you. PS Since the renovation was completed Narelle & Refresh Renovations have gone above and beyond with sorting some little things that have cropped up - especially with the huge Sydney rains. We are both so very happy with the outcome!

Thank you Refresh Renovations!!! Narelle visited us late 2020 to understand what we wanted for our home. She started off the process with architectural drawings, design plans, all the way through to the final finished build! She was very professional, polite and understanding, even with all of the changes that we had. It was during Covid, and we had plenty of changes, and she somehow got us to the finish line way ahead of schedule! Easy process, very knowledgeable and gave great advice, easy to talk to and understood what we needed and wanted.
