For the last 20 years, Kevin Revere has led large-scale projects in the Oil and Gas industry, with an architecture degree from Texas A&M in his back pocket. Working with land and sea infrastructures, construction, and facility development has given Kevin great confidence when working in difficult environments.

Though Kevin has also been on the other side, spending time in high-level business and project leadership positions. From this experience, he’s gained valuable insight into what it takes to run a successful operation. So joining Refresh as a Remodeling Consultant was an easy transition.

He imparts his client-focused approach onto his team, keeping everyone on the same page at all times and making his clients goals the main objective. At the end of the day, his passion lies in helping homeowners turn their ideas into reality.

Refresh^®’s process supports a bespoke design and build: a renovation tailored to your lifestyle requirements and taste. Your local renovation consultant will manage every aspect for you - working to keep everything on track.

Briefing / Initial Consultation

The first thing your renovation consultant will want to know is what it is that you want to achieve through your home renovation.

Concept and Feasibility

With a clear understanding of your renovation goals, your consultant can arrange for an architectural concept to be drawn up.

Working Drawings and Costing

Next, working drawings will be developed. These will take into account the engineering, structural, design and aesthetic decisions you have made.

Build / Construction Stage

Finally, you get to witness your project transition from the page to your property! Every aspect of the build will be managed for you, allowing you to carry on with your everyday life.

Your Finished Renovation

The final stage is for your consultant to ensure that all Council and Code of Compliance documentation is completed. Congratulations – your renovation is complete!

During our working drawings and costing stage of our process, we will work with you to prepare a gantt chart showing expected timeline for your bathroom remodel.

There are any number of upgrades that you can make to your bathroom during your bathroom remodeling project that can potentially provide you with a good return on investment such as upgrading fixtures, improving lighting, modernizing powerpoints and heating, installing a new vanity, flooring refresh etc. It is important to note though that the value these upgrades provide will depend on your specific local market and overall condition of your home.
