Refresh provided thisclient with a new design and complete bathroom renovation.
When Refresh Renovations specialist Kelley Malcher first met with the owner of this Surrey property, she was introduced to a dated bathroom which was no longer in use. The homeowner wanted to renovate the space into a new modern bathroom which would provide functionality and easy-access. With the help of her team, Kelley provided her client with a new design and complete renovation.
Modern bathroom design
The homeowner was presented with all of the information she needed before the project began; this included a 3D design, fixed-quote and time estimate. To achieve the design, an electrician, tiler, plumber, painter and carpenter were all needed. Kelley put together a trusted team and managed the project - ensuring everything, down to the smallest detail, was to her client’s liking.
The shower alcove required a detailed installation but Kelley states that it looks amazing now that it’s finished. Surrounding the shower; soft colours complement each other beautifully, creating an elegant and whimsical atmosphere.
Bathroom renovation
“Using pale teal tiles along with cool grey painted walls, this space now gleams bright, with the help of the new lighted vanity unit”, explains Kelley. “The shower alcove adds to the modern feel and, to top it all off, a new sensor toilet was also installed. Altogether, these components add to the stylish vibe of the whole room.”
The new bathroom
An updated layout provides easy access, which was key to Kelley’s client’s original objectives.
“This bathroom has been transformed from a dated space into a fresh, modern room”, says Kelley. “There is a great use of space available. It’s neat and modern, and a complete change from how the bathroom was beforehand.”
