Systems and process driven, Chris has an established reputation as a recognized leader for his transformation of cellular deployments at a national level. This required working with a system of coordinated tools and processes that aligned design, supply chain, and installation.

Chris is now employing this expertise in his role as Remodeling Consultant for Refresh across the Boulder region and is excited at the opportunity to deliver world class business success and personal customer satisfaction in the home remodeling industry.

Empathetic in his approach, Chris employs a simple five step process when he meets with customers, first offering a warm welcome and then taking time to understand their problems and needs. He listens carefully to any issues and concerns they may have and then concludes by presenting customers with ideas and next steps.
