Whole House Renovation of the Year 2022 Winners

Perth Renovation Consultants Michelle and Jason Zielinski have won first place for their impressive work turning a dated City Beach property into a stylish family home. From spa-like bathrooms and custom kitchen cabinetry to a dreamy outdoor shower and bespoke collection of fixtures and finishings, the duo left no corner untouched and delivered a fantastic renovation well deserving of their top marks.

In second place, Renovation Consultant Nick Leko combined two rental units into a single-family residence. Nick flawlessly captured the essence of a traditional Thorndon villa while bolstering the design with an abundance of modern features including the stunning marbled benchtops and oversized bathtub.

Bamboo benchtops, antique-inspired fixtures, and seamless flow from the kitchen to patio caught the eye of voters and earned Renovation Consultants Sophie Roydhouse-Ross and Mike Ross third place for their transformation of a Hospital Hill cottage.
