With an established design, they will also be able to offer you a fixed-quote. If you have a budget that you would like to work within, your Renovation Consultant will work with you to create a design that suits your priorities and cost requirements.

Will Refresh take care of any required development and/or building applications?

Depending on your project specifications, development consent and/or building approval might be required. Your Renovation Consultant will advise you if this is the case and will take care of the application process for you. They will ensure your project is carried out in accordance with all local regulations.
