Pia joined Refresh in a contract administration role to help support Sharon’s growing business. Prior to moving to the Bay of Plenty with her family, Pia worked in the healthcare industry, both in New Zealand and the UK, in clinical and commercial roles.
Her organisational, logistical and customer service skills, as well as her ability to build relationships with a variety of people, enables Pia to provide the support clients need for a successful renovation.

In her role, Pia is involved in the Refresh process from start to finish and understands the different components that must come together to complete a renovation successfully.
Having previously taken on a renovation project of her own, Pia is familiar with the highs and lows that can be experiencedalong the way, and has first-hand appreciation of the value of good project management and clear communication for our clients.
When she’s not at work, Pia enjoys travelling with her family, particularly to snowy destinations.
