One TV will be awarded across the entire competition. If, for any reason, this model is not available the prize will be a TV of similar value, which will be decided upon at the promoter's discretion.Rules of EntryEntry to this Refresh Renovations (the Promoter) competition is open to residents of Portland metropolitan areas who are over the age of 18 years. One entry per person permitted. Applications that do not meet this criteria will not be accepted.Directors, management, employees, the immediate families of employees, printers, suppliers, providers, agencies and entities who are directly associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter. This includes any staff employed by Refresh Renovations, Zones and/or Oncore.It is free to enter.To EnterParticipants may enter the competition by completing the entry form on the Refresh Renovations website.By taking part in this promotion the applicant acknowledges that he/she has read and consents to the rules of entry. The applicant gives permission for their personal details (which may include but not be limited to their name/email/contact details) to be added to the Refresh Renovations database and to be contacted by Refresh Renovations in accordance with the Refresh Renovations’ privacy policy and in compliance with GDPR and the (US) Privacy Act of 1974. The first eligible entry randomly drawn from all entries received during the promotional period will win the prize. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner of the draw will have their names and localities published on the Refresh Renovations website within 48 hours of the relevant draw and will remain on the website for a minimum of twenty-eight (28) days. All reasonable steps to notify winners will be taken by the Promoter.If the entrant is ineligible to accept, or declines the prize and any related requirements, the Promoter may draw additional reserve entries until a new winner is found. Each entrant who is drawn must prove their eligibility to accept the prize.The entrant agrees that, should they win, they will take part in promotional activities as reasonably required, which could include but is not limited to promotional photos with the prize, promotional videos with the prize and/or events. If the prize is unable to be awarded, or if an entrant drawn cannot be notified, the promoter will hold an unclaimed prize draw.Unclaimed Prize Draw: The promoter may conduct a further draw three (3) months from the original draw date, should the prize not have been claimed. Any expenses not mentioned as part of the prize are to be considered as not included and are the prize winner’s responsibility. Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Variations are not available and prizes must be taken as offered. Should the prize be unavailable a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the promoter's discretion.The promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax issues that may arise due to the prize winnings and the winner is responsible for the reporting and payment of income tax.
