An ensuite renovation in Langwarrin, Melbourne

When retired couple Bob and Glenda attended a Burdens Bathrooms showroom in Dandenong to seek inspiration for their upcoming ensuite renovation, they were given the contact details of their local renovation specialist: Leigh McDonald. As they had already selected all of the fittings and fixtures they wanted for their new bathroom, they needed someone who could help them to organise the project and keep everything running smoothly.

The renovation required the expertise of more than ten different tradespeople who carried out demolition and waste removal, wall lining, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, waterproofing, shower glazing and tiling using porcelain tiles selected by Bob and Glenda. To future-proof the bathroom, grab rails were also installed.
For added practicality, Leigh’s team also installed a new seperate toilet and also carried out some painting work in the laundry, toilet room and bathroom. 
Completed in 19 days, despite COVID-19 disruptions, the homeowners are now enjoying a modern and practical ensuite.
