This New Zealand beach house transformation blends the practicality of modern design with the relaxed feel of coastal living. Originally dark and outdated, the building renovation has resulted in a bright and spacious feel. Light colour palettes, enhanced natural light and recessed lighting have all contributed to the low-maintenance feel of this practical old house.
