Extension/Conversion of the Year 2022 Winners

Earning top marks for a truly incredible transformation, Renovation Consultant Kim Reiche takes home first place for the PCA: Extension/Conversion of the year! The Franklin homeowners took their time finding the perfect plot of land to build a home to spend their retirement in and Kim matched their efforts by delivering an idyllic garage conversion with an interior inspired by Scandinavian design and a spacious patio for enjoying many a lovely evening.

Renovation Consultants converted a cluttered Kings Langley garage into a dreamy granny flat with an inviting jewel-toned colour palette and bespoke lighting, scoring the duo second place.

Wrapping up the category in third place is Renovation Consultant Mark Morrison and his ultra-modern Rānui renovation. The reimagined space saw a conversion from cramped to open-plan by combining the kitchen and lounge areas and reconfiguring exterior joinery for a sleek and functional design.
