Corey works hard to oversee the delivery of each project making sure all client expectations are met. This includes regular meetings with all the consultants and contractors involved in the project.
He understands that each renovation project is unique and specific to the client's needs. Using the systems provided by Refresh Renovations for client relationship management and project delivery, he is able to deliver a high level of service for each and every client. Working within these systems and processes mean the complexity of aligning a consistent service with a site-specific design, is made to look simple.
Following this design and build process, Corey and his team deliver high-quality renovations. Michelle, Renovation Consultant, works with clients from the initial enquiry through to building consent. At which point Troy, Construction Manager takes over as the project delivery function. Troy manages the construction timelines, budgets and trades through to practical completion. A key component of this is the construction manager involvement from the working drawings stage will ensure what is designed is practical for construction. Corey remains involved and has full oversight throughout the lifetime of a project. And this level of care doesn’t end there. It follows on after the completion of a project through the 10 year Builtin Guarantee, which is provided to all our clients.
